Vulcan Forged games update JANUARY 2022
Another PHALANX sneak preview!
We will do a quick summary about the Vulcan Forged games every few weeks. Updates, new features, exciting stuff to come, etc. Be sure to follow our Medium pages to stay updated.
Block Babies
As the complete backend was shut down due to security reasons, Blockbabies also suffered from login problems. Due to the new login system, Blockbabies and the live APIs involved needed a quick update. Some in-game use of NFT related problems got fixed this week.
Berserk
Berserk is preparing for Season 2. The team is discussing the prizes involved and how you will earn NFTs and prize money. The main focus will be adding more starter league cards into the community. We will organize multiple events during season 2: tournaments and league events.
In-Game emotes and other fun extras are coming.
Tower Defense
Right now, the animation team is working hard for all animations to be ready for a public launch of the game. Most of the reported bugs for the alpha release are game-design related. This will take a short period to fix. We will share regular updates. Expecting TD fireworks near the end of January.
Battle Chess
Battle chess has been upgraded to a dedicated server for more performance and security-related improvements.
Vulcan Verse
Boreas is receiving some special care this week to improve stability and a new look for Shrine to Tethys is underway.
Quests are being worked on along with the first NPCs. Meanwhile, loads of assets are being finalized, design work is ongoing for level 3 and above, improved Avatar design coming to a Verse near you along with new Vulcanite animations.

Tartarus
Enhanced Alpha release is estimated to be ready by end of January, followed by the Beta which will include more zones.
The upcoming release will include:
-fixes for all major bugs reported by the community
-incorporating good suggestions shared by the community
-Enhancing fighting mechanics
-Enhancing health and defense mechanics
-Adding more effects
-Optimizing and enhancing Zone 1 environment
