$LAVA On Elysium

It’s A New Dawn At Vulcan Forged. Prepare for the Transition of $LAVA to Elysium Blockchain

Vulcan Forged’s Elysium blockchain is the new home for all Vulcan Studios games, NFTs and tokens, with a migration of all owner’s $PYR and $LAVA, the primary and secondary Vulcan Forged tokens, planned. Previously, the amount of $LAVA was uncapped, but this is changing as Elysium fires up.

One Billion $LAVA Tokens

$LAVA is now capped at one billion tokens, these were minted to Elysium over the Christmas period. From this supply of 1 billion, a 1:1 swap from existing $LAVA | Polygon (MATIC) to the newly minted $LAVA on the Elysium blockchain will take place.

The LAVA Swap Process Described

$LAVA | Polygon to $LAVA | Elysium

The swap process for existing $LAVA holders to follow is simple. There will be a $LAVA snapshot and airdrop as follows:

Key dates:

March 1st, 2023 Snapshot

March 3rd, 2023 Airdrop

What this means:
A snapshot of Polygon will be taken on March 1st, all addresses with Polygon $LAVA balances will be recorded.

Note — Polygon LAVA transferred or moved on this date and after will not be recorded in the snapshot for the airdrop

An airdrop will then be organized to send Elysium $LAVA to those same addresses on Elysium network.

My Forge Users:

1. Users with a $LAVA balance in the Venly Polygon wallet will also be snapshotted as part of the Polygon snapshot.
   Users will have Elysium $LAVA airdropped to that same address (to include any bonus from the Christmas snapshot if applicable).
   This means users will need to export their Venly Polygon keystore and import it into MetaMask. Then they can access the Elysium LAVA by adding the same Metamask settings above.
2. Another option is to send it to the user’s cold LAVA balance in My Forge before the snapshot date. Cold LAVA balances will also be snapshotted. When the airdrop has occurred for Elysium LAVA, the recorded cold LAVA balance would have any bonus from the Christmas snapshot applied, if applicable.

Note —the bonus credited to Cold LAVA also includes the LAVA Bank.

VulcanDEX Liquidity Providers:

Are you a VulcanDEX liquidity provider? If so, please ensure all PYR-LAVA liquidity is removed from VulcanDEX on Polygon, before the snapshot date. LAVA that is still in the dex pool will NOT count as part of the Polygon snapshot. The dex pools store lava in a smart contract and will not count. Users need to remove LAVA from the pool and have it in their own address in order to be captured on the snapshot.

After the snapshot date, Polygon $LAVA will no longer be able to be deposited to user’s cold LAVA balances. Deposits and withdrawals of cold LAVA will be frozen until after the airdrop, and the user has registered their Elysium address within My Forge using MetaMask. Only Elysium $LAVA will be able to be withdrawn from cold LAVA balances after this point.

Christmas Day 2022 Snapshot

A Christmas Day snapshot of all My Forge $PYR | Polygon (MATIC) holders was taken to determine user’s Elysium Forge tier level; an Elysium Forge is what you may know of as a node — with all qualifying $PYR holders set to receive a percentage bonus (alongside an NFT airdrop) when the 1:1 swap happens. The bonus will depend on which Elysium Forge tier is held.

Bonus percentages are as follows:

Tier 1 — Cyclops Forge 1% bonus on the 1:1 LAVA swap
Tier 2 — Sphinx Forge 2% bonus on the 1:1 LAVA swap
Tier 3 — Cerberus Forge 3% bonus on the 1:1 LAVA swap
Tier 4 — Gorgon Forge 4% bonus on the 1:1 LAVA swap
Tier 5 — Hydra Forge 5% bonus on the 1:1 LAVA swap
Tier 6 — Kraken Forge 6% bonus on the 1:1 LAVA swap
